For years I have been lost at how the majority of Americans think. They treated their house like a piggy bank taking out 2nd mortgages and blowing money like it was going out of style. Fancy boats, jet skis, expensive vacations with never a thought for the future. I see things different then the vast majority of Americans I hate debt. If I have Credit card I want a zero balance on it. On my cars I want to pay them off ASAP. Then once paid off I drive them until they fall apart. On my house I told the Real Estate agent my price range the first thing they do is try to get you to buy more. I told them no this is tops price and I want to look at houses in this price range and LOWER. Why do I think this way?
Simple I graduate High School in 1977 in Michigan. At the time Michigan was in a Depression employment ran from 18.6 percent all the way to 25% in some counties. I watch families lose everything. First they sold their toys, then their fancy boats, snowmobiles, RV's etc. Then the yard sales and then the house if they were lucky enough to sell before the bank repossess it. I talked to older man who told me avoid the debt trap. If you can't pay cash for toys then you can't afford them. This greatly effected my life.

Did you know that US Fish and Wildlife Service has a SWAT team? What dangerous mission is this SWAT team used for. RAIDING AMERICANS BUSINESS'S, that's right, in one case over a dead desert tortoise that most likely died from natural causes, this dead tortosie caused a raid with flak jacket, Bullet proof helmets and assault rifles ready to mow down innocent office staff. That is just one of outrageous cases in the book.
